Weymouth Bay Beach is a fine sandy beach that turns to shingle running from Weymouth Pleasure Pier (where the Weymouth dog beach end is) here Weymouth beach is fine and sandy until it turns to shingle towards Greenhill gardens at Bowleaze coveway. At the Pavilion end of Weymouth bay beach, you find all the Weymouth beach activities, the Weymouth beach donkeys, the Weymouth beach Punch and Judy show - one of the last of its kind in the world and the Weymouth beach sand sculptures hut. All along Weymouth Esplanade, you can find Weymouth beach deckchairs for hire, either on the beach or on the eslanade and further along, you will find Weymouth beach huts for hire. The Walk along the Esplanade is fulfilling, taking in views across Weymouth bay Beach, you will find Weymouth Clocktower, refreshment huts, Greenhill gardens and eventually Bowleaze Coveway.

From the Pleasure pier some of the Weymouth beach hotels offer views across Weymouth bay from the front and look out across Weymouth old harbour at the back, the hotels along Weymouth seafront stretch right down to the other end of Weymouth Esplanade towards Greenhill gardens. .
